El Mag. Edgardo Ferré Olivé disertó sobre una temática de su especialidad vinculada a la tributación ambiental en el encuentro realizado en Costa Rica el 27 y 28 de noviembre.

The Simplified Gross Income Regime (RSIB) of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA) was reformulated by Law 6,571, generating a new structure that is more similar to the national regime (Monotributo).
As a result of such reforms, the Government Administration of Public Revenues (AGIP) issued two Resolutions 284/24 and 291/24.
The first regulated the implementation of the regime, repealing all previous resolutions and establishing a single text. The second stipulated the updated amounts of the categories and the maximum sales price of movable property.

La ley debe ser acompañada por parte de los gobiernos con conductas austeras, honestas y transparentes.
